| Press Release- Sugar Land, TX- dGB-USA announces appointment of Dr. Kristofer Tingdahl as its new CEO, effective September 1, 2008. Friso Brouwer will assume the responsibility of Vice President of Technology and Operations. Fred Aminzadeh, the current president and CEO, will leave management of dGB-USA as of August 31, 2008 to pursue other career opportunities. Dr. Aminzadeh who has been instrumental in the start up and growth of dGB-USA for almost 10 years, will have an advisory role at dGB. |
