If no window pops up at all, you may want to check question 13. Otherwise, probably there are other packages that have captured the available colors. Most notably Landmark and Geoframe systems are very greedy in this respect. If you are using CDE, please check the color settings (Tools-Desktop style-Color-Number of colors-More colors for Application). Please read the README for some tricks that may work to get the colors back in other cases.
