When I press 'Help' or '?', nothing happens.

The system cannot find an HTML browser. In most cases this is caused by netscape not being in the PATH environment variable. You should make sure that the help view script selected in the Settings (Main window menu) will be able to call a valid HTML browser. If necessary the system manager can edit this script.
