Spectral decomposition released

Users interested in spectral decomposition should download the latest release (1.1.2) of OpendTect. Along with some enhancements in the ARKCLS and dGB plugins modules, a major new feature Spectral Decomposition was added.

License for Addax Petroleum Services Ltd

Addax Petroleum Services is the first company to sign an OpendTect maintenance agreement that allows them to use the OpendTect base system for commercial purposes. Under a special deal Addax also receives temporary access to the dGB plugins, processed steering cubes and consultancy services. OpendTect 1.0 released

OpendTect, the Open Source interpretation system has been officially released on 3 November 2003. It includes the latest updates to our d-Tect system, such as enhanced visualisation of well logs along the well trajectories, save & restore functionality for calculated attributes on horizons, a new colour attribute and more.
