Addax Petroleum Services is the first company to sign an OpendTect maintenance agreement that allows them to use the OpendTect base system for commercial purposes. Under a special deal Addax also receives temporary access to the dGB plugins, processed steering cubes and consultancy services. OpendTect, the Open Source interpretation system has been officially released on 3 November 2003. It includes the latest updates to our d-Tect system, such as enhanced visualisation of well logs along the well trajectories, save & restore functionality for calculated attributes on horizons, a new colour attribute and more.
