| Case study specialists
| | | We have immediate openings for case study specialists (geologists / geophysicists) at our offices in Enschede, The Netherlands and Houston, USA. Case study specialists typically work on advanced, integrated seismic interpretation projects on behalf of E&P companies. The work is performed in small teams using dGB's proprietary GDI and OpendTect software as well as 3rd party products. The aim is to get more out of a (2D, 3D, 4D) seismic data set than what can be achieved with conventional seismic interpretation techniques. Case studies cover the fields of quantitative interpretation (inversion, modeling, rock property prediction) and qualitative interpretation (seismic facies analysis, object detection, chimney interpretation, fault seal analysis, sequence stratigraphy). Case study specialists closely interact with dGB's software developers to help create and maintain the world's most advanced seismic interpretation system. You will become part of a small, international and dedicated team of geoscientists and will receive training in order to become an independent contributor as quickly as possible. dGB encourages innovative thinking and promotes self-development. Recent graduates (BSc or MSc) and geoscientists with relevant experience with a valid workpermit are invited to send a letter with their motivation, and C.V. For positions in Europe please address:
